Please contact the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) by calling 1300 137 164 (Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm)

The RTBA can only provide bond information, including the bond number, to parties registered to the bond who can demonstrate their connection to the rented property by answering questions about the information registered to the bond.

If you are a new agent or landlord for the bond, documentary evidence of your connection to the rental property will be required before any information is provided.
