Accessibility Statement

The Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) has developed this website to ensure its content is widely accessible.

RTBA Online is designed to be accessible by all device types including tablets and smart phones. However there may be functionality or presentation issues when you are using an older version of a web browser.

RTBA Online is also designed to comply with Level AA of the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 with the following exceptions:

• Transaction forms generated for printing are presented as a standard Portable Document Format (PDF). This format may not be accessible to all screen readers. However, the information contained in the form is the same as that entered and confirmed by the user in the screens immediately before the generation of this form.
• For registered users, the weekly statements and rejection notices are only available as a standard PDF, being the way these are generated and stored. This format may not be accessible to all screen readers. Please contact the RTBA if you are visually impaired and require access to the information in these documents.
