RTBA
Online is operated by the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) to provide
access to the Register of bonds held by the RTBA.

Online includes:

- A Bond Search to locate the bond to which you are a party.

A Bond Summary. This includes the current status of a bond, and its lodgement, transfer, and repayment history. A print out of this summary is equivalent to a bond receipt.
- The ability to generate Bond Lodgement, Transfer, and Repayment Claim forms.
These forms will be part filled with information from the Register. The forms generated should be printed, signed by the parties, and sent to the RTBA for processing.
- A search for Retained Repayments (outstanding bond repayments held
by the RTBA pending information on how to issue an authorised repayment).
A successful search will allow the user to generate the form necessary to provide details on how the RTBA can make the repayment.
- For Agents registered with the RTBA,
additional features available through a secure log-in.
